The inner fold-back wide-width double-sided extrusion coater is a high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision, and highly intelligent device. It mainly consists of winding and unwinding, die head, traction, and drying oven. The coating die head has the same structure as a conventional coating die head, and the coating accuracy is the same as that of a conventional coating machine. The core component of the internal folding coating machine, the oven, employs a special internal winding reversing + closed-loop correction design. This allows the electrode sheets to undergo two baking cycles within the same oven section, resulting in more stable operation.

The electrode sheets inside the drying oven move in an S-shape, and there is no edge curling during drying; the electrode sheets move stably without shaking.
